ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Conduct weekly site visits to the property
- Oversee and coordinate building personnel
- Participate in board meetings
- Provide after-hours emergency assistance
- Draft and distribute building communications
- Plan and manage Annual Owner and Information Meetings
- Keep resident and tenant records current and organized
- Respond promptly to all resident inquiries via phone, email, or mail
